Props and jets of different sizes and engine capacities. They flew 'em level, upside down, sideways (knife) and even let 'em tail spin and "circuit role".
Some even went so far as to stand 'em up in the air and touch the runway with their ailerons. But the guy who took the cake was a Kiwi who maneuvered his craft to music!

Psst! I also learned how to pan the camera.
While the right eye stays just off the camera viewfinder, the left eye stays open and follows the target. Before shooting quickly check the viewfinder to ensure centering and focus of target. – Apache AH 64 Longbow estyle!
